Dyeing of Daisen - Breathing new life into the clothes which suite your instinct

I rarely cook by myself, however I regard dyeing as something similar to cooking.
Nowadays, Japanese food is very popular throughout the world, and the same can be said with the Japanese culture.

There is no big difference between the dye itself between any regions or countries.
It is often considered Japan-made or Italy-made dye are in better quality than others, however basic dye is quite the same. Similar machines are used in any factories.

Then, why “Daisen”, a Japanese Dyeing plant, keep ranked as one of the world’s best manufacturer? It is because of our sense of vulnerability and uncompromising stance towards work, and gravity.

I like sushi. If using a good fish is the decisive factor for fine sushi, then sushi restaurants in fishing harbor should taste the best of all. Of course the quality of fish has a big influence on the taste of sushi. However, how to slice the fish, the use of filleting knives, preparation, quality of sushi rice, how it is hand-rolled…. The best sushi is made when all the factors are arranged in a right condition.

Dyeing is quite similar to sushi. Fine quality of product itself certainly is important.
However, what process would make the clothes even better?
How can we derive value of its material, and even give a best feel to it?

In consequence of our engagement, the clothes will be revitalized to suite your instinct.
“Daisen” is where you can acquire best dye with best feel and high-level dye fastness under appropriate delivery date management.

“Daisen” and Dyeing

The kanji character「染」- “Dye”, consisted of three parts;
『水』-“water”, 『九』-“nine” and 『木』-“tree”.

(1) Water
In ancient times, works of dyeing was only made in areas with good water resources. Japan, blessed to have high mountains, small but plain field, and fresh water, thereby its quality of dye is outstanding.

(2) Tree
Japanese people in ancient times, so called “wajin”, have created various colors from plants, and they have enjoyed seasonal dyeing for all four seasons.

(3) Nine
The biggest number in the single digits. Daisen has more procedures, sensibility and experiences than others have.
